It has been awhile since I shopped insurance. Michele made the process easy and helped every step of the way. She took the time to help me with forms and answered all questions professionally. I was glad I chose Michele and Allstate. I now feel like I have an agent and not just a voice on the end of the phone. More importantly she saved me money ☺️

Michele always gives amazing and Excellent customer service and it’s always there to help. Honestly, the only reason why I stay with Allstate is because of Michele. She always tries to get me the best deals and I have car and home with her.
