We felt super supported throughout the whole process of selling and buying our new home. I offered on a property and was advised to start lower and I would be offered the chance to increase and be let known if a higher offer was received. I hadn't heard nothing so chased them, to be told an offer had been accepted. I didn't get the chance to increase or was I told another offer had been accepted until I chased them. I'd have offered over the asking price to secure the property therefore your client has lost out on a better sale price. Poor communication and transparency regarding the most important part of the process - offers.

After a bad experience with another local estate agent in Leek, Daniel and Hulme were highly recommended to us to sell our property. Natalie and her team, were always very professional throughout.
