I've been using Kim to file my personal and business taxes for over a decade. She has always been very patient with my terrible bookkeeping and is prompt with answering my questions or requests for documents throughout the year. She is great at reminding me when I need to get things done also. I've also recommended her to my best friend who ran into all kinds of problems with the IRS with her previous accountant. My best friend has been using Kim now for 3 or 4 years and super happy with her and recommends her also.
