Golden State Family Medicine And Medspa

I hate to leave bad reviews but they left me no choice. They scheduled me for an appointment at 12:20 for me and my family and told me it’s 10 min per person and we arrived 20 min earlier. However, they left us waiting in the lobby for two hours regardless of the numerous complaints. Finally when the Dr. saw me her answer was that she had three Walk in’s seen ahead of us with lots of issues ! I mean seriously! I paid almost 2000$ out of pocket (cause they don’t take insurance) only to be treated like that. Everywhere in the world Walkin person don’t take precedence over someone with an apt but since they have already taken my money the first time and this is a follow up apt they decided to treat us like that. Horrible Horrible experience and front desk staff are inexperienced to say the least. I had for kids with me and they didn’t even give us the WiFi password and TV worked for less then 5 min and stopped. My kids were hungry, fussy and tired. The Dr was nice and apologetic and told me the front staff should have notified her that there is big family with an appointment waiting. She basically spent about 5 min with each person and that was all what it took

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Golden State Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic at 2693 Florin Rd, Sacramento, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! Prithvi Raj Johal, the manager, is truly awesome—his leadership shines through in how well-organized and professional the clinic is. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and welcoming the place felt. The staff is extremely efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at all, which is such a rare find these days! The clinic also offers immigration testing services, which is a great convenience for anyone in need of that. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for top-notch care with minimal wait times. This is definitely one of the best clinics I've been to!
