I had a spot of concern that 3 different doctors at a different practice told me was nothing. I had to advocate for myself and push for a biopsy. It came back basal cell carcinoma. My friend told me to come see Dr. Rotter for MOHS surgery and I did. He was everything she told me he was, nothing short of spectacular! Dr. Rotter did my MOHS yesterday and it was a great experience for what it was. He has the greatest bedside manner, perfect at what he does, and even closes the incision himself which most others have to have a plastic surgeon do for them. His nurse was wonderful and so was the front desk. You could not create a more perfect experience if you could for what it was. He just called me to check on me. Do not go anywhere else! One million stars!

I had my first visit to Exclusive Dermatology with Dr. Rotter in June for Moh’s surgery. Dr. Rotter, Jayme, and Brooke made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Dr. Rotter is a consummate professional—his attention to detail and commitment to perfection are immediately evident. Whether it’s general dermatology, Mohs surgery, or cosmetic procedures, Dr. Rotter brings a rare combination of expertise, kindness, compassion, and a genuinely personable approach.
Jayme, his nurse, is absolutely amazing. Not only is she highly skilled, but her sharp sense of humor and warm personality make the experience even more comfortable. She and Dr. Rotter have a great synergy and, as a bonus, add comedic relief. Brooke is equally exceptional by going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She has a calming presence on the phone and is friendly, efficient, and welcoming in the office.
The entire team works seamlessly together, creating a calm, professional, caring, and compassionate environment. I highly recommend Exclusive Dermatology to anyone seeking outstanding dermatological care or cosmetic procedures. Five stars are not enough; this office is a 10/10.
