Brendon was very thorough with his inspection and was more than happy to explain any potential problem spots. I recently hired Site Hawk Home Inspections and worked with Jared for my new‑construction home inspection, and I could not recommend him more highly. Jared is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail‑oriented. He spent plenty of time checking every part of the home—roof, attic, HVAC, windows, plumbing, drainage, interior finishes—and documented everything with clear explanations and high‑quality photos. His inspection report was thorough, organized, and easy to understand, which made it very straightforward for me to communicate all repair items to my builder. Site Hawk Home Inspections are awesome! Jared came on time and did the inspection on a new home. He found many things that I would not have known to check. When he was done he sent me a detailed report and sent one to my realtor so she could start working on getting everything fixed before my move in. He is very reasonable prices and was there quickly. Jared is incredibly thorough with his home inspections and is reasonably priced. He takes the time to go over every detail with a fine tooth comb to ensure the satisfaction of his customers. Had a great meeting with Jared from Site Hawk who inspected out new build home. We spent around 30 minutes chatting with him regarding his findings. Thankfully we had mostly only cosmetic issues but Jared took his time to describe and show pictures on his laptop of every deficiency he found. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to prepare and complete his comprehensive inspection report within the same date.
