The service is unmatched. Shredded my tire on Highway 27 and Becky was on site in less than 30 minutes. She hooked me up quickly and got me off of the highway. If I’m ever in Polk County and have another issue, I’m not calling anybody else except for Downtown Tow!

They have taken my car wrongfully a couple of times, I always have to contact the hoa or cdd to take and get my money back, but it is pretty bothersome to have to deal with them. They are opportunistic and malicious.
