Probably the best service I've had in anything - not just pool cleaning! Pool pals are very organized, punctual & they leave my pool looking brand new; even after storms! I have had a few pool companies over the years, and here's what stands out to me: - They don't just show up for 3 min and leave. This actually happened to me in most previous companies. Pools pals actually take their time on servicing and cleaning the pool, and it's noticeable. - Fair/transparent pricing. Previous companies increased base prices every year AND threw on extra chemical charges randomly. Pool pals is clear on when and how they price, and they report the chemicals they use so you know what's coming. - Email reports: this is not uncommon, but the platform they use is solid and they include a lot of details. I appreciate that they take a picture of my gate being closed when they leave. Will recommend to everyone I know! Hope this company stays great forever!

Beware! Terrible pool service and even worse customer service, by Donny! Our pool started to slowly turn green around September 8th, 9th. Our pool was serviced Sept 10th by Pool Pals. It continued to decline. I messaged Donny through Pool Pals FB messenger on September 16th regarding the pool starting to look worse over the weekend. We had it serviced again on the 17th. It never improved only continued to get worse. I messaged Donny again on September 19th @ 9:18 am with pictures showing how much worse the pool looked. I also left him a voicemail @ 9:23 am, trying to cover my bases, in hopes of a response. It's now September 20th @ 1:30 pm and I still haven't received a response from him! Completely shameful! I will be canceling my service immediately!
