He diagnosed the problem and resolved it with professional efficiency, pausing only to explain the issue in clear enough terms that even I could understand it. When we discovered an unrelated problem with the electrical board and I agreed to have it fixed, I again expected to be scheduling a follow-up appointment on a later date. But he called me back within an hour of leaving, letting me know he could wrap that up this same afternoon. While I can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience when hiring professionals, my experience with Amirco has been so pleasant that I don’t anticipate ever looking anywhere else for my future electrical work.
