Wow! I never do reviews but I must for Vick’s. I came in today February 9 I called them this morning and I asked if I could come in for 2 rear stud replacements and immediately was treated with kindness, and I knew by the call, I was in great hands. I drove in and Ralph greeted me and took my car in. Fabian, was great and so well spoken. I was stressed and he reassured me that everything was going to be okay, he took me step by step on how everything was going and even though I was there for a little while I was so calm. They not only did a replacement with my stud but their was 3 other issues with my car and they were more than happy to help me.. I have to say this deserves more than just 5 stars. This is the best, and I mean the best auto shop I’ve been to. If you think they can’t fix something, they can! Thank you so much to Vick’s for accommodating me today and a special shoutout to Fabian and Ralph for being so sweet and generous.

I am writing this review on December 13, 2025, for my Fiat 500 Abarth, which had work done at Vick’s Auto on October 4, 2025. The work performed included a new rack and pinion, new tie rods, new control arms, a new front sway bar, new wheel bearings, new bushings for the rear beam mount, and a brake fluid flush. Vick, the owner, provided two quotes upfront one including parts and labor, and another for labor only. Both quotes were very reasonable and transparent. I dropped my car off on the morning of October 3rd before work, and it was ready for pickup the very next morning. Since then, I’ve driven over 2,500 miles, including several road trips, and the car drives smoothly with no issues at all. Vick and his team provided excellent customer service, and after shopping around, I can confidently say that Vick offered one of the most reasonable prices for my vehicle’s maintenance. I highly recommend Vick’s Auto to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and high-quality service.
