Lovely experience with Better Clothing group! Very friendly, professional and they knew exactly how to alter my dress to fit my body. I am so happy with the results! Will definitely be going back for future alterations.

I’m extremely happy with the work done by Better Clothing group in Melbourne. I took my hand-embroidered gown to them because it required expert care, and they did a truly wonderful job. The length is perfect, the seams are beautifully finished, and the overall result looks flawless. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, especially with delicate and detailed garments. I’m very impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

The customer service here is truly next level. They didn't just take my measurements, they went above and beyond to advise me on which alterations would look best. The final result was perfect and delivered right on time. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely love this place! As soon as I walked in, the staff were super friendly. I wanted to get my jeans shortened, and the person there kindly explained the process and gave me a very fair price. I picked them up a week later, and they were altered exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I bought a lovely Cable long sleeve blouse with contrast cuffs (and matching trousers in the contrast color) but I felt shorter sleeves would suit me better. Kim with the help of her translating sister Lilly, did the most amazing job converting a traditional shirt cuff into a centre feature split hemming edge on the shortened sleeves. 👏👏👏 A very professional job. I would highly recommend Kim & Lilly.

A big thank you to the wonderful, friendly, caring staff. They altered my 2 daughters dresses in a day, for a wedding the following day! They were professional, they put me at ease, told me not to worry and the dresses will be ready late that afternoon. They were and the alterations were perfect!! The dresses looked amazing. I have this really pretty dress that'd recently become a tad bit to big for me. But, they were able to fix it up and did an incredible job with the boning (which I know can be quite difficult) and now, it fits amazingly, even better then when I originally got the dress! Thank you guys so much! I can't wait to wear this to my school's theatre production dinner! 🫶

I am so disappointed in the service of my Jean alteration. I needed these hemmed as I’m 5”4 and “ankle” jeans on me is still too long. Upon picking up my jeans today they are still too long and I know they were not altered to the right length because I made such a point of getting the right length when I first visited. Trying these on today upon collection and they are still too long - I was told it could be fixed for ANOTHER full charge. Meaning it would be a total Of $80.00 for a jean hem! I won’t return, I’m very disappointed in the service and the outcome on my first visit here

Highly recommend Better Clothing Group! I took a pair of Henne silk pants and jeans to the shop and they hemmed them perfectly - the turnaround time was really fast as well! Very well priced!
