He took his time walking me through what he was checking, what the potential issues could be, and the different options I had. No pressure, no upselling—just clear, honest, knowledgeable guidance. When it came to the repair itself, the quality of the work was outstanding. Alberto was extremely thorough, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and even took extra time to explain how I could maintain the system to avoid problems in the future.
