This is the GO TO company everyone needs to know about !!! We first used Archer 3 years ago when our skylight seals failed. This company was 40% less and available to do the work within days. They showed up, billed what they said they would and the job done was without mess and zero issues. Fast forward to today. We had a serious roof leak on a new roof that was done on a different home We own. Our insurance would not cover the repairs due to an inspection that discovered the company that did it, did not do around the flashings and vents correctly, causing the failures that caused the leak. 3 company's were called to provide quotes and timeline for completion. Archer provided the middle price quote, but when he came to do the quote, he was the clearest on how to fix it and why. The work was done on time and the bill was as quoted. Very impressed. Highly recommend!!!! Added bonus, a stone from the exterior of our chimney had come off, we asked if he could come back to attach it, he did and refused to take payment for that extra trip and time completing this. On windy days, I could hear the wind blowing through my skylight so I called Archer Roofing to see if they could come and take a look at it. Pawel came and was really nice to deal with. He explained in terms I could understand as to what the problem might be. He didn't try and upsell me on getting a new skylight, in fact he told me that I could probably get a few more years out of the one I had. He said that he'd probably only have to replace some flashing and a gasket to seal it better, but he would know better once he got the skylight off. I asked him to give me a quote on replacing the skylight as well as repairing the one I have. When I received both quotes I decided to go with a new skylight. When the job was completed, I noticed that all the cardboard and garbage from the job was gone. He also checked out the rest of my roof and said that it looked good. I found that dealing with Archer Roofing was a great experience. Pawel is very pleasant, polite and very knowledgable at his job. I also liked that he takes the time to explain exactly what he is going to do. I would highly recommend Pawel and Archer Roofing to anyone who is looking to repair their roof or skylights etc.
