Jacques took the time to give us a detailed two-hour briefing on the car, the tent setup, and all the camping equipment, ensuring we were fully prepared. Throughout our trip, he remained readily available, quickly assisting us with any questions. The car was in good condition, and thankfully, we had no major issues during the journey. Returning the car in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, was also a seamless and efficient process. A special mention goes to Melissa, who handled most of the customer communications. Her friendliness and support went above and beyond; even before we arrived, she shared invaluable advice about the country and even offered help with my visa issue. Thanks to her warmth and kindness, I felt a connection to Namibia even before setting foot there. Although we couldn’t meet her in person when we arrived, we were fortunate to connect before heading back home, forming a genuine friendship. We had a wonderful time in Namibia - and #ZambesiCarRental played a major part in our 7 day adventure. From the very first moment, the service was superb: we received our almost brand new Isuzu double cab "bakkie" (automatic) in an excellent condition, it was a dream to drive and extremely comfortable. The staff at #ZambesiCarRental went out of their way to ensure our holiday would be unforgettable. The offroad part of our trip near Omaruru was pure bliss – even for someone like me who has never before attempted 4x4 driving. The bakkie handles like a car and especially the reverse aid on a big screen is a huge help. The Isuzu is powerful and traversed muddy roads, sandy dry river beds and nasty gravel roads (for example to the Lunar Landscape near Swakopmund) with the same ease it did tarred roads. I can highly recommend #ZambesiCarRental – they will without any doubt be my company of choice on my next trip to lovely Namibia. And I loved the quirky idea of a map on the bonnet – even without cellphone reception you could never get lost! ;-)

10/10. Would drive Zambezi car again! Couldn't have picked a better car rental company for our first self-drive adventure in Africa! Planning everything, getting to Namibia, driving and chaning camps every day or two can be challenging and often a bit stressful. I can't describe my happiness and relief seeing Zambezi Car engaging with such professionalism, and yet in very comforting way. End-to-end quality of rental process is amazing. Then you have: -> Nice selection of new cars in good prices, ->Connect and great contact prior and throughout the rental, -> "Airport-Car park-Airport" transfers included, -> Nice intro to car and tent handling [kudos to Jacques for explaining everything and live demo:) ] -> Smooth, fast and clear return process, For our first self-drive adventure we picked 4x4 Navarra with 1 rooftop tent, and it was the best car for the job. It's a top choice for gravel roads, and did great in 4x4 while getting to Deadvlei (I highly recommend getting there yourself, especially for someone who never tried 4x4 :) it's turbo easy and fun:) ) Thanks Team!
