The personnel that represent Todd Shambo, State Farm go above and beyond to help you and set your mind at ease!! They are professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. We have had the pleasure of working with Renee Kelly for years and she is outstanding!! Highly recommend to anyone that needs guidance regarding their insurance needs!! Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of us over these past many years!

Dexter Moody and Renee Kelly are the BEST!!! My Mom passed and the insurance on the house was due to expire at the end of the year. Renee remained steadfast with constant reminders that we were approaching a deadline. After the tedious job of working with the mortgage company, the required documentation that would allow State Farm to underwrite me and the property, was in hand; Renee was the first contact. Renee advised Dexter Moody of my situation and then they both became my constant reminder that we had a deadline to meet. Dexter and I worked feverishly to ensure proper coverages were captured and when complete, immediatley notified the mortgage company to report the insurance renewal. It was a heavy load with a lot of stress but I was ever so grateful to unload this task with the help of Dexter and Renee. I am so grateful to Dexter and Renee from Todd Shambo's office and now all drivers in the house are insured/covered by State Farm. Awesome, professional and timely responses and attention...so very grateful!!! Thank you again Dexter and Renee!!!
