What can I say,great experience. Noticed a problem with my AC unit on Tuesday late afternoon. I called and spoke to Rachel and she had a crew to me the next morning. Nicholas,the lead tech and his assistant Joe called me on their way. When they arrived they were well mannered, professional and knowledgeable. They gave my system a complete look over.They diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Rachel sent me a quote with two options within minutes. The guys returned within a few hours with the parts and completed the job. I did not have a reliable and fair AC vendor before this, but now I do. They are a well oiled machine. Rachel is so nice and was so prompt in her attention to our quote and repair. If you want a fair,reliable and trustworthy company ,go with A/C Doctors

Great company! No panic hard sell of upgrades or parts, just honest work and Great follow up by Rachel at the headquarters! While I know my unit will not last forever, these good people will help limp her along as long as possible. Worth the maintenance package, Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend this Company they are respectful, timely, professional, reliable and not to mention AFFORDABLE. My AC had a problem and got stuck in short cycling because of that it keeps turning on and off. I was worried about getting ripped off from an AC company I used in the past (I’m new to the area) so I went to my friends on Facebook to get some recommendations on reliable and affordable AC Companies. I saw multiple persons mentioning AC Doctors so I said let me give them a try (so glad I did). I spoke to Rachel (I hope that’s how she spells her name ) on the phone and she sent out Frank (Ac Technician) the following morning. Frank is so knowledgeable and professional. He quickly knew what the problem was from observing the Ac Unit. Turns out my fan blower module was bad, he gave a more than reasonable price to replace it and he did replace it within the hour. After replacing the part he showed me what he replace and explained what could cause the part(fan blower module ) to have failed. He also went above and beyond to check that my coils, ac filters and compressor was in good shape. Great company and Affordable!

I had a father-son duo at my home to fix my AC, which has broken three times since it was purchased from Elite Air less than five years ago. After getting fed up with their ridiculous charges although they were the ones who installed it, I found A/C Doctors. They care, work hard, and are honorable. So here's to the two Dave's, father and son. A perfect combination.

A/C Doctors were nothing short of AMAZING, they gave me the best quotes and did extra such as painting the closet where they placed the unit. I was so happy that I called them for their services. They were prompt and exceeded my expectations!

I called with a problem and they were able to get here almost immediately when no one else could. New unit ordered, they left a portable while waiting for the replacement. They got the replacement unit in 2 days and on Friday when they received the replacement, it got installed. Very happy customers who feel like we were treated like family.
