Boba Pub San Jose

The food and drinks were good, but too expensive for me to consider going here regularly. Service was not good. You have to order from a kiosk, and there's no description of the menu items. I would hate coming here if I had any sort of dietary restrictions. There were two staff members behind the counter, but it's a toss-up if they'll speak to customers at all. They ignored me completely when I waited at the counter prior to realizing there's a kiosk. After I arrived, the following group was told to order at the kiosk since they were busy, but I was the only customer waiting for a total of two items. They at least offered to help if they had any questions, but with how little information the menu has it seems too little too late. There is limited seating. There are two bar seats by the window, and two tables with virtual board games. The tables have chairs on one side and the most uncomfortable bench I have ever used on the other side. Then there were four stools by the wall with no table to use them.

This was my first time trying Boba Pub in person, and honestly it immediately became one of my favorite boba spots in San Jose. The drinks were delicious, the boba had the perfect chew, and not overly sweet like a lot of places. I ordered again a second time through a food delivery app just to see if it would taste as good, and it was just as delicious as my in-person visit. Everything arrived exactly how I ordered it. Definitely my new go-to spot for boba!

First time here. I ordered a brown sugar boba tea & it was tasty!! It was well made & the pricing was good for a small. I’d def come back again

Didn’t get greeted by any of the four people working. We got four drinks which took a while, instead of getting all four at once each one came out at different times. The Red Bull slush was so bad didn’t even finish it. The bobba teas were all syrup based for $8 and some change

Whenever I’m in the South Bay, I make sure to stop by here- their viet coffee is hella good! The employees are super chill and friendly. Shout out to manager Zane- he very kindly offered me a pup cup for my doggy :) check this place out!

Please update your store hours. We drove to your Cottle location to find out you were closed already. Other than that, staff are mostly friendly and drinks are tasty. They do take a little while to make your order and come out at different times, despite multiple people working on your order.

Cute location, friendly staff, tasty drinks, definitely coming back anytime I'm in this part of San Jose. The dog logo is so cute also lol!

first of all the place is really near my house and they decorated the store really pretty. Second they make the drinks tasted not to sweet, and the food are amazing. I love it
