I just utilized JLM Environmental to collect air and cavity samples for mold/fungi testing. JLM was very professional, on time, and efficient collecting the samples. The analytical reports and recommendations were emailed to me in a timely manner and as promised. When I had questions regarding the results, I called and spoke to Ray. We hit a major snag on our ADU project when the city flagged a grading issue and required us to install a French drain from the backyard all the way to the street curb, and required us to use a Class A contractor. JLM handled absolutely everything: they pulled all the necessary permits, coordinated directly with the city planner, and clearly knew how to navigate the bureaucracy that would have completely overwhelmed us. The crew was outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our property. The work itself was so well organized it could have been finished in a single day, but the city kept moving the goalposts and making us jump through extra hoops before sign off. JLM Environmental never once pushed the headache back onto us. They took ownership of every last detail, responded quickly to every new demand, and stayed with it until the city finally signed off. Jon and his team turned what was a stressful and impossible situation into a smooth and expertly managed project. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and integrity were obvious at every step. Doing a remodel on my house, and was told I needed to have an inspection for lead and asbestos. My son recommended JLM, and I am happy he did. The technician Jake was fantastic. He was polite, answered all my questions, gave me a step by step rundown on the process, and tested my home quickly. The turn around for the testing results was also extremely quick. Honestly, every process was done with smooth responses. From initial discussions with CICI, to scheduling and meeting Alex the Tech on job site. and to get the report at a quick time. I have used JLM many times on the palisades fire and now for bigger commercial job.

JLM was excellent - Jake came out, worked quickly, super thorough, did not try to upsell me on anything, pointed out a couple of things he noticed about the house that had nothing to do with the inspection (a kitchen pipe verging on failure, for example), and was super pleasant to work with.
