Metro Scott Oral Care Centre

As I was visiting the BC they booked me 3 appointments back to back, had a chance to meet a few reception staff, all amazing as well the doctor and her assistant. Both fantastic, new modern nice office with brand new equipments. As a especial need person on ASD, my anxiety was through the roof, with PTST too, but the team made me feel comfortable and they did a fantastic job. By the way my last visit to the dentist 14 year's ago. Thanks a lot

I strongly do not recommend Metra Scott Dental. My experience was extremely negative. When I came to this clinic, they scanned me three times as if they had no idea what they were doing. Only on the fourth attempt did they finally say they couldn’t do the procedure properly. Instead, they cut my gum, drilled part of the bone, and placed a tooth implant that later fell out. It felt like the doctors were guessing instead of acting professionally. I lost a lot of time, nerves, and health because of their actions. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never come back. If you want quality treatment and professionalism, I suggest finding another clinic.
