Had my 100,000 mile service done around 6 months ago. My check engine light came on yesterday and the engine was running very rough. Took my car back to Neely’s and the diagnostics said it was a bad spark plug. They replaced it free of charge! I was impressed how they stood by their work. Thanks Neelys!

Taken my businesses van a few times now for minor issues and maintenance and always happy with the service done! I’m able to get an appointment and the work done quickly! The issue is always solved. Prices are totally fair. Highly recommend!
