I should have read the previous reviews before booking with them. They will try and not give you a refund if you are owed one. They kept saying the next day, the next day, the next day, until I threatened to escalate the matter with the bank and with the trading agency. ONLY THEN did they issue the refund and they did not give me the full refund that they promised. I don’t know how they are a business.
