Sam provided outstanding service during a stressful situation when my vehicle wouldn't start. He arrived quickly, was extremely friendly and professional, and immediately put me at ease. He genuinely cared about helping and made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I truly appreciate his prompt response, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. We phoned several places for a quote and picked Tow Squad. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful, and so was the driver. He told me that the driver would phone me when 30 minutes away, and he did. When he dropped my car off, he sent me a picture of my car at my mechanic's. Reasonable pricing and great service.
