It seems that the builders didn’t focus on effective drainage to the planter boxes. The mould smell is throughout the year - all seasons. I hope that this can be rectified moving forward.

Good, convenient location and interesting emerging businesses but the area around the Coles entrance and surrounding shops always smell of damp, like wet carpet. It is really offensive.
