I was advised by the property managing agent just before 10am that the tenant had reported the hot water system at the property was failing, with little to no hot water available, they recommended Kyle. I asked them to obtain a quote. Knowing the system was around 20 years old and likely due for replacement, I also did some research of my own. By 1pm, Kyle had attended the property, photographed the system, prepared a quote, and forwarded it to the property agent, who then sent it on to me. I rang Kyle to confirm certain details and asked about his availability to complete the replacement, this was around 2:30pm, he advised he could carry out the work that same day, so I authorised the job to minimise inconvenience to the tenants. By 5:45pm, Kyle had sent me photos showing the new system fully installed. Kyle was easy to deal with, offered a fair price, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Our tenant reported an issue with the hot water system to our agent. By the end of the day it had been replaced with a new system and the plumber let me know the job was completed. Fast service with minimal disruption. Very satisfied 😃
