Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, you will feel very welcome.
Currently price per class €8 (very affordable), one hour training, many timetable to choose from, classes for only woman, kids or adults, you can book the class online, pay cash at the gym. Bring your gloves you will need it.
If you're looking for a new type of workout, this is it.

Really nice and friendly environment to learn.
Whether you want to start training to compete or if you want to just get in shape there are a variety of classes to suit your needs.
The trainer's are also very nice and always willing to answer any questions you have about technique.
A great environment to foster learning and growth.
