New company took over the place and the property manager sends out very aggressive emails, always threatening $50 fees for minor things. Don't get me wrong, some of the things are valid, people letting their pets stink up the entire area because they don't properly dispose of pet waste or let their pets stink up their porch, I get that, however the aggressiveness with the items that are on our porches was absurd. I see all my neighbors with little to nothing on their porches anymore because they were threatened fees for things such as their chairs, small grills, and I'm sure other outdoor equipment they have no space for elsewhere. Unless the items are a hazard, let us use our porches how we damn well please. The prior staff were so friendly and felt part of the community, I do not feel that way with The Haven from what I've seen so far. For some positives, I appreciate that the new company is fixing up the apartments with the various dings and broken sidings, and the walkways. Them having food trucks come in occasionally is fun for a change from time to time. We do severely need repairs in the parking lot though, there are several deep potholes that could mess up our tires, and parking is horrendously limited, especially at night, forcing most people to pay an extra $30 a month just for guaranteed parking, which is gross. Also, I've heard other tenants complain about the public washer and dryers. Only 1 washer and dryer is fully functional and the others hardly work properly, if at all. Also, based on reviews, it seems as though you can have a vastly different living experience depending on which building you are in. I have had no issues with pests, personally, which is a big positive for me. For people considering this complex, this place does not seem to be the worst place to live, its in a good area, lots of nice stuff within 15 mins drive and walking distance, but the new landlords fall into the behavior of wanting to nickle and dime the tenants for anything they can, and I do not get the same friendly, community vibe that the Sage employees had, not to say the previous company was perfect, of course. Only time will tell if The Haven stays as aggressive as they have been us current tenants.

The new property management The Haven have absolutely stepped up their game. I have submitted Maintenance request over the last two months within 24 hours or less. They are completing my maintenance request rather it’s replacing a faucet a refrigerator drainage, front door, sealed, etc. they are doing an excellent job. The office staff Isaac and SARA are wonderful people and work with the residence and come up with activities throughout the week for the residence, the maintenance guy Henry is absolutely awesome and gets the job done fast. I couldn’t be more happier with the new upcoming changes that the property management are planning to do for our apartment complex and they coming up months.
