Came out within 24 hours to help us with our hot water system. We need a replacement, Scott went through all options available and cost, he sourced our new hot water system and installed the next day. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Top guy, knows what he's doing and didn't rip us off.

Scott was great from the get-go to deal to deal with. He came as a recommendation and did not disappoint. We contacted Scott due to a foul smell when running our shower over the past few days. He was upfront with costings and possible work that may need to get done. Scott was on time and isolated the issue quickly. He provided us with a reasonable quote and we went ahead. He was able to get the job done straight away which was installing a line and a vent. He also fixed a few other things that he noticed like the outdoor tap leaking and no cover on the outside sewer point. Scott was professional, polite to deal with, respectful of our house (dog and 7m old baby) and overall a pleasure doing business with him. Would absolutely recommend using Scott.
