Excellent and super friendly customer service. I dealt with Ash, who built my new Pro 3.0 Boost for me as I waited. Really excellent bike on first ride home, and Ash was super patient and helpful to a number of customers who came into the shop when I was there. I will be taking my other E-Bike in for a service, now I know they service different brands, and very pleased to have found a great local supplier around the corner!

It was really good moment for me in this Engwe -E-Bikes & E-Scooters. I been here for fixing my Engwe bike which was literally out of service for 2 months. He is super humble and friendly and took very few time to fix my bike... Super fast, humble, handsome and nice person... Best place to fix and buy a electric engwe bike.. Highly recommended
