Our new Daikin aircon was professionally installed by the team at Diverse - Jake, Kane, Lehman and Scott. I was very impressed with their expertise, friendliness, respect and knowledge throughout. All questions were answered and excellent instructions given to operate the system. The cost was very competitive - in fact cheaper than the other 3 quotes obtained. The team arrived on the appointed day and time and both the interior and exterior debris was removed and taken away. I would highly recommend Diverse Aircon for any aircon purchase and/or service.

Our air conditioning recently broke down—unfortunately right in the lead-up to Christmas, as the weather was heating up and most air-conditioning companies were flat out. Diverse Air Conditioning & Refrigeration went out of their way to fit us in, kept us well informed throughout the process, and were able to replace our old unit before Christmas. The office staff were outstanding, quickly supplying quotes and providing genuinely helpful advice. The installation was prompt and professionally carried out. The installers were very knowledgeable, took the extra step to strengthen the mounting brackets for the outdoor unit, clearly explained how everything worked, and left the area cleaner than they found it.
