I recently had a water softener installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Austin, was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Austin answered all of my questions and made sure I understood how the system works and what to expect. The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. What really stood out was his care and pride in his work—he made sure everything was set up perfectly and left the area clean when he was finished. Since the installation, I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my water quality. If you’re considering a water softener, I highly recommend this company Straight Flush Plumbing.
