Med Salleh Kopitiam, founded by Med Pang and Koi Lee, is expanding its reach from Bayswater to Westbourne Grove and now Earl’s Court with a new branch. This time, the focus is shifting from Malaysian cuisine to the increasingly popular Vietnamese flavors.
Chef Syphong Lam, born in Ho Chi Minh and also the wife of co-founder Koi, brings a wealth of culinary expertise in Vietnamese cuisine. Her skills have been passed down from her parents, who have successfully run a Vietnamese restaurant for many years. Drawing inspiration from her expertise and passion for Vietnamese cooking, Med and Koi are excited to introduce halal, authentic, and innovative Vietnamese home cooking to surprise and delight food enthusiasts.
