Wow this food is incredible! I’m not an eggplant person but the appetizer with fried onions and kashk is not something you find anywhere and the kashk is a beautiful fermented addition that’s made me a believer. The lamb is seasoned to perfection and when you can cook white meat chicken just past pink so it’s moist you have a chef that knows what they are doing. Don’t forget the garlic sauce that packs a punch like no place else. The hummus is the best I’ve ever had and I could make a meal out of it. The biggest surprise was the baklava because it wasn’t soaked in sugar syrup, instead it was a real nut pastry softy and chewy and with a pronounced cardamom flavor that was exceptional.A welcomed addition to the neighborhood!
