It is not a beach resort, but its close to the beach. I must say the pictures are misleading... The room was clean but the corridor is open to the courtyard behind, from where music or sound of the muai thai training can be disturbing. We were woken up at 7 this morning, by a guy randomly playing his music. The pool is nice but sunbeds are mostly in the shade during the day, and most of the rooms get no sun either. I did not find the breakfast excellent either. The gym is nice.

This resort was a splendid stay. Fay was a gracious host/receptionist as well as the rest of the team. They helped with accommodating two extra nights because of our travel plans and it has all the amenities you can ask for. The location is premium, next to the beach & bangla road. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel/resort.

We stayed at the resort for two weeks and loved it. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, particularly Ple whose vibrant smile greeted us at breakfast daily. Our room was large and cleaned immaculately by Nuch. Nothing was too much for her. Location was perfect as was the quiet surroundings around the resort. The only downfalls: the room was dark because it didn’t get any sun and we looked out at a huge wall. This was disappointing because we had booked a delux pool access room (1012). The pool itself is very nice but doesn’t get much sun. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay.

Amazing hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Its located really central and close to the big city life. Only negativ thing - no sunbeds at the pool is located in the sun. So if you come to enjoy the sun and just lay and chill at the pool maybe not the best place - but you can always walk over the road and lay at the beach to get the sun. But overall a cozy and great place to stay a few nights to maybe take a walk in the ‘party city’ as it is called.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 people and stayed for 15 nights. This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The ONLY positive aspect of this hotel is the front desk staff: NAY, OPAL and PHU. They were genuinely kind, polite and professional, and tried more than anyone reasonably could to improve a stay that was fundamentally problematic. They truly deserve recognition. Unfortunately, everything else does not. From the very first day, the problems were obvious. We arrived early in the morning and fully understood that early check-in was not possible. That was not an issue. However, the first impression was the restaurant bathroom, which was extremely dirty, setting a very negative tone for what followed. Two of our rooms were located in the first building, directly above an Irish pub that hosts live music almost every night. The noise level is beyond description. Resting or sleeping is completely impossible. Honestly, if you placed a bed inside the Irish pub itself, it would probably be quieter than these rooms. This is not exaggeration — it is reality. The next day, I went to reception as my parents were staying in one of these rooms. The staff was clearly not surprised, which indicates this is a well-known and recurring issue. We were promised a room change. The following morning, I spoke to a receptionist named FAY. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, ironic and completely unprofessional. Without any explanation, she repeatedly stated “26th of the month” and nothing more. No empathy, no effort to help, no respect. Her behavior was anti-touristic and unacceptable for any hospitality business, especially one presenting itself as a 4-star hotel. When I asked to speak to the manager, she arrived visibly uncomfortable and could only offer a room change on the 24th, days later. We clearly explained that we were not asking for an upgrade or special treatment — only for a quiet room, which is the absolute minimum a hotel is obligated to provide. The response we received was shocking: “We have guests who can stay there without problem.” This alone speaks volumes about the level of service and management. The hotel overall feels like a complete scam. Cleanliness is superficial at best: beds are made, basic sweeping is done, but mirrors were never cleaned, and proper cleaning was clearly absent throughout our 15-night stay. The bathroom sink had ants almost daily, and the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable. Many mornings, simply using the toilet caused nausea due to the smell. Showering is another daily struggle: • water is either boiling hot or freezing cold • no stable temperature at all • after midnight, there is no hot water The breakfast deserves special mention — and not in a good way. It was completely boring and repetitive, with no variation whatsoever. Staying for 15 nights, guests are served exactly the same items every single day, with no effort to offer alternatives or variety. On top of that, pastries and bread were often stale. Although omelettes are offered, the eggs are all pre-cracked into a bowl and left in the heat, which is extremely unsafe from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Another warning to future guests: You receive two free glass water bottles daily. If one accidentally breaks, you are immediately handed an A4 paper stating a 50 baht charge. Room cards are handled in an equally absurd way. If you lose one: • FAY will mock you • you will be told it costs 500 baht • you will NOT be given a replacement card • instead, a staff member is sent to open your door so you can retrieve the second card from inside This hotel is loud, dirty, poorly managed and deeply misleading. Apart from NAY, OPAL and PHU, who were genuinely excellent and tried their best, the overall experience was unacceptable. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property completely, especially if you value sleep, cleanliness, food safety and basic respect.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Located exactly in front of Patong beach. Rooms are big and very clean. Bed is extremely big 😍 Mattress not hard not soft, very comfortable. There is no noise from the street but your neighbors don’t respect your rest. The way to the breakfast going through your room if you stay in 1st floor. I couldn’t sleep good because I woke up to the noise of people going to breakfast or at night. The hotel staff should put a bigger notice on the wall “Be quiet please”. Apart from that, everything else is great. Breakfast satisfies. There is British bar belongs to hotel. Food is very good here. Swimming pool clean and nice but cold for me. Anyway we enjoyed our stay here. Thai you so much!

This was a truly wonderful and enjoyable experience! We stayed for ten nights in this hotel and everything was just perfect — incredibly kind and friendly staff, a clean and beautiful environment, excellent service and facilities, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel’s location was also great, with easy access to the beach and the shopping center. A special thank you to Ms. Nada, Elena, Prang, and May for their warm hospitality, and to Mr. Kee for his constant smile and generous help. I wish all of them good health and endless happiness. Looking forward to coming back to this amazing hotel again! 🌴✨

At the start of my stay there was confusion about the room I was staying in, as I had booked a twin but they were trying to put me into a double (I didn't really care), but it took an hour to sort out and I was tired from travelling. Then the reception lady made a big thing about bringing guests into the hotel and originally said they need ID and 1000bhat. Later this changed and then the group of receptionists said only pay if theres more than 3 people and made less of a deal about bringing guests in. The whole check in process and information about these areas seemed as if they were trying to deter single men from staying there. All this being said, it was a very spacious and clean room. Had everything there including wine glasses which was a nice touch. Huge comfy bed. I had a very nice stay overall and great location. However, this is not a low cost hotel by Thailand standards. The rooms were worth it, the cleaning staff were lovely, however I got a bad vibe from the initial reception lady and lengthy check in process and so that stops it from being amazing. However, I would go back.

What an experience. Revisiting this hotel for a second year and it is honestly the best place to stay in Phuket. The staff are all incredible, each and every one of them. Beartrice is one of the best people I have ever met, I feel I have made a friend for life. I’m not sure of the other girls names but they all feel like friends. I always feel so safe at the quality resort and this is all because of the amazing staff. The rooms are immaculate, the resort is beautiful. I could not recommend this place enough. My home from home. Thank you again, see you next year!

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with a Thai feel in its design and decor. It's a great example of relaxation and tranquility, and the staff are highly professional, helpful, and cooperative. I mustn't forget our service provider, Nada, who is incredibly polite and cheerful, always working hard to satisfy guests. Thank you to the hotel management and thank you, Nada.
