To ensure fair comparisons and maintain the highest service quality, the following terms apply: Apples-to-Apples Comparison Required The competitor quote must be for identical scope of work, including the same services (e.g., NFPA 25 sprinkler inspections, backflow testing, fire alarm monitoring), frequency, and standards. Minor differences in scope invalidate the guarantee. Valid Competitor Quote Requirements Must be a written, itemized quote from a licensed, insured fire protection contractor in good standing with the State of Nevada. Quote must be dated within the last 30 days and current/not expired. Must include company name, license number, contact details, and full service breakdown. Eligible Services & Clients Applies only to commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties. Excludes residential homes, government/municipal bids, insurance-funded emergency work, or union-prevailing wage projects. Valid on new contracts or annual service agreements (inspections, testing, maintenance). Exclusions Does not apply to promotional offers, bundle discounts, or "loss leader" pricing from competitors. Excludes rush/emergency fees, travel charges outside our standard service area, or material cost fluctuations. One-time use per client/project. Verification & Approval COSCO reserves the right to verify the competitor quote and decline if terms do not meet these conditions. Approved matches/beats will be confirmed in writing before work begins. This guarantee reflects our confidence in delivering superior value through expert service, compliance assurance, and long-term reliability – not just the lowest upfront price.
