Shane helped me when I bought my first condo and again when I sold later on. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Shane is. He is brilliant. Great realtor and even better human. He is trustworthy, reliable, smart and insanely knowledgeable. He also knows how to manage the 1000 emotions and stressors that come with buying or selling real estate. Shane ended up selling my unit for the highest price per square foot my building has seen in years. I have recommended Shane to friends and family and will continue recommending him always. I look forward to working with Shane when I buy my next home. I highly recommend working with Shane!!!!!! I’d give me 100 stars if it were an option here.

Shane Marechal is an outstanding broker and a pleasure to work with. He helped us discover and purchase a unique property offered as a bankruptcy sale. Once on the market the property received multiple competitive offers, and the sales contract required the approval of a Federal judge. This was a complex case involving several stakeholders, requiring interactions with the listing broker, the trustee responsible for the sale, as well as the seller/owner. Shane was there every step of the way, including appearing in Federal court with us. The home is now ours and that would not have happened if not for Shane’s initiative, expertise and integrity. Shane earned our respect and gratitude. Therefore we HIGHLY recommend him to any seller or buyer.
