Shamrock Pro Wash

I was not satisfied with my job. The equipment broke down and Eric came back three times total and took two weeks to get the job done. Originally he said he made sure the back porch was done so we could put our furniture back in place and not leave it in the yard while we waited on him to return to complete the job. The back porch was dirty and didn’t look like it had been power washed. My husband had to power wash the back porch himself. When I told him about this he said he could come back next week, but if I left everything outside in the rain by furniture would get messed up. I asked for a discount since my husband did the job instead. He never offered one. I asked and got 75$ off. He came back and his power washer broke again. He said he would call in a day or two and didn’t call until about 5 days later. We honestly were planning on my husband finishing the house since he didn’t call. So he called and set up to come back for the third time and he did complete the job. I still felt like he overcharged especially with all the aggravation and inconvenience we’re were put through. Won’t use him again!

I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Eric was professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect my new landscaping. I highly recommend Shamrock to anyone looking for high-quality power washing at a fair price. I’ll definitely be using them again!
