Groundbreaking Begins!
Miamisburg, OH — July 14, 2025 — A new chapter in compassionate senior care begins as developer Terence Wright of Tri-Tek Integration proudly breaks ground on Gigi’s Place, an innovative assisted living home designed to offer personalized care in a warm, residential setting.
The official groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Tuesday, July 22 at 4 p.m. at
2820 Spring Valley Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342. City officials, community leaders, project partners, and the public are invited to attend. Set to open second quarter of 2026, Gigi’s Place will offer a fresh alternative in assisted living for families seeking high-quality, heartfelt care in the Miamisburg/ South Dayton area.
“Gigi’s Place isn’t just another assisted living facility; it’s a true home where seniors will live like family,” announced Julie Winters, Owner/Operator. The over 9,000-square-foot home will accommodate sixteen residents, each with a private bedroom and bathroom, while sharing cozy, well-designed common areas including a shared kitchen, family-style dining room, and spacious living room.
Meals will be home-cooked, and the atmosphere will reflect the warmth of a true household. Gigi’s Place will maintain a 1:5 caregiver-to-resident ratio, with caregivers on-site 24/7 to provide round-the-clock support. With its residential feel and strong focus on individualized care, Gigi’s Place offers an experience unlike traditional institutional settings.
