Money One FCU hired Eco-Shred to provide shredding services at our annual shred event, the truck failed to show up with zero contact from the company as to its whereabouts. The company would not answer any phone calls to check the status of the trucks arrival. Finally, 25 minutes into the start of our event, the business stated via text "not looking good right now".

Called Eco-Shred today for a one-time shred at our office. They came the same day since they were already in the area. Ivan was extremely professional and very nice. The fee was reasonable, with nothing hidden like Shred-It which we have used in the past. My office will definitely be using Eco-Shred in the future!!
