Live Loading, Specialised Graphite Products, such as Foils, Die Formed Rings, Spiral Wound Gaskets, Camprofiles, Trapezoid Gaskets & Graphite Sheets all available with Technical Support and advice on specification.
Our In-house manufacturing facility complete with Waterjet Profile Cutting Facilities, Gasket Press Facilities and DPF Press Capabilities, combined with our CNC machines and expertise technically.

I was really stuck trying to find a cylinder head gasket for a 1961 Honda CB72 which had a big bore kit fitted 64mm I searched around and found this company so helpful and took their time not only to ensure the new gasket fitted correctly but also came up with modern materials solutions Gavin and Andy were just brilliant,it's so refreshing to find such a great company still exist although their equipment was real state of the art.
If you're in need of gaskets and seals etc don't bother searching just give them a ring .

Spent the morning at Monarch gaskets and seals can’t believe how welcoming they are,they custom made a set of unobtainable gaskets for my compressor to a standard possibly better than the originals. A top class service.
