Lakemore Resort

Lakemore Resort was the perfect location for our get away with friends! The experience from start to finish was beyond our expectations. The property is top notch with spacious and well appointed living areas and bedrooms. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ while taking in the beautiful view of the lake and amazing sunsets! I can’t say enough about how clean, well maintained and beautiful this resort is! We cannot wait to return for another wonderful and memorable vacation! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special!

WOW! I grew up in Colorado and thought changing of the seasons was cool, but our experience of staying at the Lakemore Resort and witnessing the trees changing colors in front of our eyes for five days was intensely beautiful, and so peaceful. The grey house had a beautiful view of the lake by morning and throughout the day. We experienced a magnificently clean home to stay, with all the amenities necessary to cook and entertain family & friends, while ending the day with an amazing Jacuzzi! Don’t forget to wake up early for sunrise! 🤗 Top notch all the way!

Simply phenomenal! We rented 3 homes to celebrate our elopement with our friends and families. There’s so much fun to be had on site that we hardly ever left the property. The marina staff made the boat rental a breeze, and all the information provided for the homes made the entire stay seamless. Tricia has truly thought of everything from the layout of the homes to the small amenities provided. Zero complaints!

The place is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt relaxed and immediately drawn in. The decor, amenities, and overall atmosphere are thoughtfully designed, tastefully curated, and executed with excellence. I’ve stayed in luxury accommodations all over the world, and this home is easily among my top ten places to stay

The team at Lakemore is amazing and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I was super impressed with the home (blue house) and all the details the house has that made our stay even more special. Plenty of room for 12 adults to have a comfortable stay.

It was our first time visiting at the recommendation of family friends. We loved everything! The home, property + grounds were beautiful and provided every thing we could possibly need with no detail left out. The staff was friendly + extremely helpful - always there when we needed anything. Our kids loved the beach area (especially the ice cream shop) and our family had a blast boating + playing on Lake Arbutus. Lakemore exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts and amenities we could have asked for. The hot tub was a highlight—large enough for the kids to treat it like their own personal pool! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and the peaceful lakefront setting made it even more special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. Highly recommend this lake house for families looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and relaxing getaway.

Our extended family had a memorable vacation at Lakemore Resort. We stayed in the beautiful BROWN house which was very conveniently located to the beach and gym. Our group included 8 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed the beach, the kayaks, the stand-up paddleboards, the pontoon (we rented for 3 days). The older kids loved the hot tub and used it (with adults) several times a day! We really appreciated the hot tub cover that was easy to open and close. We used the grill most nights to cook dinner. We bought ice cream at the marina. We used the gym and purchased the sauna/cold plunge packages. The house was beautiful and there was room for all. We played pickleball (10 minutes away) a few times as well. The service was outstanding. Quick responses and answers. Everyone loved the resort and would love to come back again. Thanks especially to Derek, Tommy, and John! Great job!! We highly recommend Lakemore Resort!!

Wow!!! Do not hesitate to book this place for your next family vacation! We had 38 in our family and rented 3 homes in a row. We had the BEST time and will definitely be coming back. The homes and room sizes are very spacious…no one felt on top of each other, and very clean! The pictures don’t do it justice. The grounds are immaculate and the view is stunning! We rented a pontoon boat from their marina for one of the days during our stay and the process was easy…the marina boys do a great job of being available to help in any way, and were constantly maintaining the property and hot tubs during our stay. Kitchens and bathrooms have everything you need. The local coffee that was provided in each house was a nice touch. We spent our evenings by the fire pits, plenty of outdoor seating for all. Traverse City is a short drive and has so much to offer for restaurants, wineries & shopping. Well done Tricia and crew, you have created quite the amazing resort!

We rented 3 side-by-side homes this past weekend for a friend's gathering and had the best time. The property and the homes are absolutely stunning, and the service at Lakemore, both pre-planning and during the stay, was outstanding. We rented 3 of their pontoons and opted for a captain, Derek, who was fantastic. Could not recommend Lakemore enough to anyone looking for a lakeside retreat. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!
