PureTouch Clean

Very good company! I had a great experience. I was surprised at how in depth this cleaning was, from dirty dishes to folded laundry to cleaned windows. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a spotless home! The scheduling was easy and the customer service was top notch!

Needed a move out clean last minute, Pure Touch had me scheduled in no time! They were super professional and did an outstanding job!

I've had a good experience with PureTouch! From booking to paying my invoice, everything was so smooth and easy with super friendly customer service. My home was cleaned really well, and it smelled so clean! We have allergies in my family to many chemical fragrances, so it is nice to have a service that doesn't use the toxic stuff. I'd highly recommend!

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with Puretouch Clean. Specifically, they sent 1 cleaner who spoke virtually no English to clean our 1600sf townhouse alone. Admittedly, it was dirty and needed a deep cleaning post tenant move out. All of this was explained and understood prior to the cleaning appointment. They sent the cleaner back the following day although it was extremely difficult to convey my concerns regarding what was missed the previous day by her. All in all a frustrating experience. To be fair the cleaner did work very hard and the office staff was pleasant but they still missed things (baseboards, cabinets, fans, blinds, etc.). I was concerned the cleaner didn't have a check list or a means of confirming what was to be cleaned or had already been addressed. The cleaner kept asking me what areas specifically I needed to be cleaned (inside oven, fridge etc.). I was really hoping for a good experience but that didn't happen. The lack of communication was a big part of what went wrong. In the end, the company did provide me with a 20% discount for my inconvenience which was nice but unfortunately I cannot recommend this Puretouch Clean.

Maria and her team did great job there were a few things that could have been a little better but overall we are satisfied.
