Visionary Design & Construction

I had a bad experience with Eddie and Visonary Design. The project took longer than promised because my house would only be worked on 1-2 times a week if I was lucky. There were multiple weeks when no one would show up. I hired Eddie to install a new electrical panel and he never removed the old one as promised. The walls and ceiling are uneven. The stucco finish is horrible. The color and texture are uneven and there are cracks everywhere. I’m disappointed with the outcome and wish I would have went with another company.

Eddie with Visionary Design & Construction recently remodeled our 1,800 sqft. commercial building that was just purchased last year. When we purchased the building we consulted with Eddie to get an idea of what we were able to do based on our business needs. Not only did Eddie/VDC complete the remodeling, but they also helped design and included design artwork which was submitted into the city for approval. The scope of work completed included: - Adding and framing out a kitchen in the warehouse - Adding 2-additional bathrooms for our interior office staff - Adding and framing an office space for our business equipment (printers) -Splitting one of our larger offices into 2-office spaces - HVAC Eddie and his team kept the work environment clean at all times, especially since our business was still operating during the times of construction. We had minor setbacks with the city of Santa Ana but VDC was able to handle everything professionally and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend their services and it was a pleasure having VDC complete our commercial remodel. We look forward to being able to enjoy our office space now!
