Do not use Alliance Enterprises to fix anything in your home. They clearly don’t want the business. I called them in July to repair an air conditioning system they installed in 2021. They came out and said it was fixed. It worked for three days. That’s when the real problems began. I made numerous phone calls. No one answered, so I left messages. Some calls were returned, some were not. There were three or four no-shows. One time, a tech said he had to run to the shop to grab a part and would be right back. He never came back or called. I had to follow up myself. After waiting another week with no word about the part or a return visit, I called again and told them I felt I had been more than patient. I gave them one more week to fix the system or I’d call someone else. Still, nothing has been done. This started in July. It’s October. The air conditioning still isn’t fixed.
