Good experience! Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant in every way. The hotel was well-maintained, the rooms comfortable, and the service always attentive. Special thanks go to Hossam Matar, who stood out for his extraordinary availability, kindness, and professionalism. Always present, smiling, and ready to help, he made our stay even more comfortable and welcoming. It's rare to meet people so attentive to their guests' needs. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

Great Customer service and outstanding communication by Mamun he went above and beyond to support me during my stay he is agreat staff in your team. great service like Mamun's service is the way to go and he is an example of customer service. Reception Rokaya has an excellent customer service and she supported me a lot during my stay.

I recently stayed at judian and it was an amazing experience.cooperative and professional, always making sure everything was perfect during my stay,The room was neat clean and well maintained and overall my stay was very pleasant. A special thanks to the housekeeping team for their great service and for taking such good care of me.Highly recommended.

Very average. Rooms old but with new furniture. My room did not have a proper window. Most of the staff not very enthusiastic or friendly (one exception). Breakfast so-so. Location was good for my requirement.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were not friendly at all, and every time we asked for something, they simply said they didn’t have it — not even basic items like an iron or hangers in the room. I was shocked to find that the “Deluxe Room” I booked for around 600 riyals had a connecting door to another room, which raised safety concerns. When I spoke to the receptionist, she just said, “Sorry, this is the only room available,” and was not willing to listen or help. I even had to contact Booking.com to request a room change or refund. After three hours of arguing, they finally gave me another room — even though half the hotel seemed empty! Very poor service for the price. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Staff are really nice and friendly, special mention to Ms. Charissa and Mr. David from house keeping who always keeps my room tidy and always providing what I need. Also the guy who assisting the luggage who always have contagious smile. Location is also nice, few minutes away from, shops, restaurant and other stuff. All in all this is a great hotel to stay in. Kudos guys! Keep it up!

I had a pleasant stay at Riyadh Inn. Special thanks to Mr. Waleed at reception for his exceptional service—he was professional and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen could use some improvement, especially in offering more variety for breakfast. Overall, a good experience

Everything is good but internet service is very very bad if you are coming take your own router like me because nobody even listens to you regarding internet

Riyadh Inn hotel has very spacious rooms & is very clean. One improvement: my window could not fully close and could hear the air outside which irritates me in getting to sleep, please repair this. The receptionist Waleed was very friendly & bubbly, guiding me on some specific stores I wanted to visit in the city. Stay blessed & thank you.
