We initially chose House to Home because it is a family business and we believed we would get a quality service. We were not disappointed. Firstly, their website is very clear so you pretty much know what is included in each service. We selected a Level 2 survey after speaking with Daniel as we are buying a fairly new build detached home. We were kept updated at every stage and received a call on the day to put any concerns we may have at rest. We subsequently received a clearly written report around 1 week later. As the survey took place on a fairly clear day, we had the added benefit of drone shots to show roofing etc. Which was all very helpful rather than just having the wording. The report ends with a clear set of next steps for you and / or your legal advisor to address if relevant. Luckily, there is nothing major with our purchase and my husband and I did some extra due diligence regarding proposed planning near the property. I would definitely recommend House to Home.

This is the second time we have used Dan. Once for a full home-buyers survey and this time for a habitation survey. On both occasions the detail of the survey and the quality of the report were excellent. His communication before, during and after are second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend and use again.
