Save yourself a lot of headache and don't rent from this management company. They didn't clean up the upper unit and garage for over 2 weeks after they kicked that tenant out, who knows how long it would have taken if I hadn't threatened to go to the city. That unit didn't have AC and the temps were 90+ for over a week with trash sitting upstairs and rotting out in the garage. Yuck! Even after they had the upper unit's garage cleaned, they still left trash in the yard and in the other section of the garage even though we told them it wasn't our mess. We're currently still waiting for our security deposit to be returned with no answer to my email, so much for "quick response" like they claim on their website. I'll gladly take them to small claims court if it comes to it. Also, the property's basement from where we were renting is falling apart too. I'm still not sure how that passed for safe living in the first place, with any landlord. So, so much for their "maintaining properties to the highest standards" on their website as well.
