Profect Painting & Exteriors

Terrible experience. Walls/trim/floors/cabinets/doors all have drip marks, overspray, etc. Tiling at the fireplace had to be redone by another vendor due to incorrect and shoddy install by Profect. Contractor had his children in our house while he was on site without prior authorization or consent from us. He also let a friend into our house to remove a claw foot tub to take for his own use. This was not cleared with us and this friend also damaged the hardwood stairs leading to the 2nd floor. Half-way through the job, Greg (owner) told us his partner ran off with $30k and asked if we would write his payment via check to him personally rather than to the business. He wasted $300+ dollars worth of wallpaper with an incompetent laborer. This was never refunded although he promised to do so. Contractor NEVER cleaned up after himself. I spent 8+ hours on my hands and knees scrubbing glue/paint/grout from the hardwood floors. I hope no one else has to endure this experience. It was terrible.

Greg was very thorough and respectful of our deadline. Austin came in and did what they promised. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest company!
