Corey helped me before I was even a customer. I called with busted pipes and flowing water that I couldn’t stop. In that moment two other companies told me they were sorry but busy the next few days. Corey told me he was busy the next few days but patiently spent time with me on the phone trouble shooting the problem and helped me shut me well down. He came two days later and repaired a broken segment of pipe. He could have done this quickly and moved on. But he truly spent time with the problem, answering my questions and providing clarity about every piece of the work and system. We talked about preventative measures and simple fixes I could do. We talked about the different services he could provide in weatherizing and improving things. Short story I’m not going to anyone else for plumbing needs.
