They were friendly and very communicative from the start. Adam had to do some detective work to find and fix a loose wire but he did it within 20 minutes and our problem was fixed before he left. Very professional.

Laughlin Electric is the answer to a prayer! Dan has been to our house for two separate projects. We found him to be down to earth, extremely honest, and on a genius level of expertise, seriously. (Kurt and Rob from Laughlin have installed security cameras for us on two different occasions, as we found a need to add on.) After reoccurring electrical problems that three other electricians could not figure out, I called the premier builder in town and asked for their recommendations after explaining the issues we were having. They were great and enthusiastically recommended Laughlin Electric. Laughlin is like the "Genius Bar" at Apple when it comes to electrical issues, home repair, & installations & updates. They are the very best at what they do. Laughlin figured out each issue and we've not had a problem with anything they repaired, installed or recommended. We have found them to be extremely skilled and dedicated to excellence. They show up when they say they will, they get the job done right the first time, and we could not be more pleased. Consummate professionals with a high standard of excellence. Lucky us.
