Linc replied to my request for a site visit at my residence and was extremely responsive. Very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly diagnosed my water leak problem and determined the source. Fortunately the problem didn’t require repairs and an outside spigot was running due to freezing and could simply be shut off. I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Linc for service in the future.
